Esso ENERGY fuels

• Esso ENERGY fuels help keep the engine's fuel system clean, reduce emissions and improve fuel economy thereby helping to reduced fleet running costs.

Esso Fuel Card Detailed Invoicing

• All transactions are listed by type, date, place, amount and volume of purchase, vehicle registration , odometer reading and VAT rate.
• Invoices are accepted as VAT documents so VAT reclaim should be easy.
• Mileage and card transaction reports are also available on request.
Invoices are issued fortnightly. Our standard payment terms are by direct debit 11 days from the invoice date.

Security

Many precautions have been taken to minimise the risk of fraud, including the introduction of daily usage limits. Esso Card can also be configured to meet your specific needs. Product restrictions are also prominently displayed for easy recognition eg, Diesel only, All Fuels & Lubricants, Petrol and Carwash, etc.

Esso & Shell Extended Network

You may choose to have your Esso card configured for the acceptance at Shell service stations throughout the UK in addition to Esso giving even greater network coverage. (Subject to an additional service charge of £1.50 plus VAT per month and a 1p per litre plus VAT handling charge on the pump price for Shell purchases).

The pricing structures on offer are as follows.

Pump Price

The price you pay will be displayed at the site you use.

Schedule Price

This method delivers a fixed weekly price. The price itself is based upon an average of selected fuel stations in the Esso network throughout the UK. This will enable you to fix costs if your vehicles are travelling through out the UK. (To qualify you must have a minimum of 10 Esso cards in continual use).

Card Charges

Esso cards are charged at £1.25 each per month plus VAT. If the option of the Shell extended network is utilised then there is an additional charge of £1.50 per month plus VAT for each card with this facility.
